Three standalone films, each looking at different kinds of CCTV in the UK today. The episode I shot and directed followed the CCTV operators and housing officers of Southampton City Council who use CCTV to monitor residents in 19 city tower blocks.

CCTV is a revealing look at day-to-day life in a high rise, where privacy has been sacrificed in return for the promise of increased security. How do the people being watched feel about this round-the-clock monitoring, who are the people who are watching them and are the cameras actually making them any safer?
